Subscription Terms

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Important Subscription Notice

AI Twin subscriptions may renew automatically. If an introductory, trial, discounted, or other promotional phase applies to your purchase, it may convert to recurring billing according to the terms displayed and accepted at checkout. Renewal follows the billing interval and commercial terms disclosed before purchase.

You must cancel before the next renewal is processed in order to stop future recurring charges. Non-use, inactivity, failure to read communications, or deleting an app or local access method does not cancel a subscription.

Valid charges for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable once the Service has been made available, except where mandatory law, an expressly offered Money-Back Guarantee, or a voluntary Seller exception applies.

The plan, amount payable, introductory or promotional terms, renewal amount, billing interval, subscription duration, and other transaction-specific commercial terms are shown at checkout and may also appear in your purchase confirmation or transaction record.

1. Scope and Relationship to Other Terms

These Subscription Terms govern recurring subscriptions and related digital access provided through AI Twin, including AI conversations, Daily activities, Discover content, Personal Sessions, Personal Readings, Quests, Insights, Experts features, audio content, personalized recommendations, memory features, digital resources, and related subscription functionality.

These Subscription Terms supplement the transaction-specific checkout terms, Terms of Service, Money-Back Policy, Privacy Policy, and any offer-specific conditions that apply to your purchase.

1.1 Operator, Seller and Transaction Participants

AI Twin is operated by PMC Baltic FZ-LLC. Unless the checkout, purchase confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other transaction record expressly identifies another authorized Seller or Merchant of Record, PMC Baltic FZ-LLC is the Seller and contracting party for direct website purchases.

The website or platform operator, Seller, Merchant of Record, payment administrator, gateway, processor, or acquiring partner may be the same entity or different entities depending on the transaction, geography, currency, payment method, platform, acquiring route, or payment configuration.

A payment provider may process payments, recurring billing, authentication, fraud screening, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or payment support without automatically becoming the contractual Seller.

1.2 Order-Specific Terms and Policy Hierarchy

If the same matter is addressed in more than one applicable document, the following order applies:

  • mandatory consumer law that cannot legally be waived;
  • transaction-specific terms clearly displayed and accepted at checkout;
  • offer-specific promotional or Money-Back Guarantee terms, where applicable;
  • these Subscription Terms for subscription-specific matters; and
  • the Terms of Service for general contractual matters.

The checkout and purchase confirmation control transaction-specific commercial details, including the plan selected, any introductory or promotional phase, the initial charge, renewal price, billing interval, subscription duration, promotional conditions, and any transaction-specific Seller or Merchant of Record.

Personal-data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Access

A subscription may provide access to AI Twin conversations, Daily activities and practices, Discover content, guided self-reflection activities, Personal Sessions, Personal Readings, Quests, quizzes and tests, personalized Insights, Areas to Work On, Experts features, affirmations, meditations, sleep stories and other audio content, personalized recommendations, memory features, digital resources, and other functionality included in the subscription purchased at checkout.

Subscription access is personal and non-transferable and is licensed for the applicable access period. It does not transfer ownership of software, generated outputs, readings, sessions, recommendations, audio content, documents, digital resources, intellectual property, or other materials made available through the Service.

Features, activities, sessions, readings, AI functionality, Experts features, recommendations, memory tools, layouts, delivery methods, and other content may be added, removed, updated, replaced, limited, or discontinued from time to time, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Future features are not guaranteed unless expressly made part of the applicable transaction.

3. Subscription Start and Digital Delivery

Your subscription starts when the purchase or subscription activation is successfully completed, not when you first log in or actively use the Service.

Digital access may be considered supplied when your account is activated, login access becomes available, a purchase or access link is delivered, personalized content or a result is generated, content is made available, or the relevant subscription feature otherwise becomes accessible.

Actual viewing, opening, downloading, or use is not normally required for the Service to have been made available.

If access is available but you supplied an incorrect email address, did not open an email, did not log in, forgot login credentials, allowed a message to be filtered as spam, or chose not to use the Service, that does not by itself mean the Service was not made available. Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights.

4. Plans, Introductory Offers and Promotions

The Service may offer one or more subscription options and may, depending on the applicable offer, include a free, paid, discounted, or otherwise promotional introductory phase, or no introductory phase at all.

The duration of any introductory phase, the amount payable, the regular renewal price, the renewal frequency, eligibility criteria, and other commercial conditions are the terms displayed and accepted at checkout.

If the word “trial” is used for an offer that requires payment, the amount displayed at checkout applies. A paid introductory period is not a free trial merely because it is described as a trial.

Promotional offers may be limited by account, customer, payment method, device, household, or promotional history where legally permitted.

5. Recurring Payment Authorization

By completing a subscription purchase, you authorize the initial transaction and future recurring payments according to the subscription plan and billing terms displayed and accepted at checkout until the subscription is cancelled.

This authorization applies to the applicable Seller, Merchant of Record, payment administrator, and payment processor to the extent relevant to the transaction.

Where legally permitted, your electronic purchase confirmation or other affirmative purchase action constitutes electronic acceptance of the applicable subscription agreement.

6. Automatic Renewal

Unless the applicable transaction is expressly described as non-renewing, a recurring subscription continues and automatically renews according to the billing interval disclosed at checkout until cancelled.

Introductory or promotional pricing may apply only to the first applicable period. Subsequent billing follows the renewal terms disclosed before purchase.

Non-use, inactivity, failure to log in, failure to read communications, or deleting an app or local access method does not stop renewal.

7. Payment Processing and Failed Payments

You are responsible for valid payment obligations incurred under the subscription terms accepted at checkout.

If a valid amount that has already become due cannot be processed, the applicable payment provider may retry the payment where supported and permitted by law. We or the applicable payment provider may also request an updated payment method, restrict or suspend access, or terminate the subscription where appropriate.

Payment retry wording does not create a new billing period after a valid cancellation has become effective.

Your bank or card statement may show the AI Twin brand, the operator, Seller, Merchant of Record, payment administrator, or another billing descriptor disclosed in connection with the transaction. A different descriptor does not by itself mean that a transaction was unauthorized.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation must become effective before the next renewal is processed in order to prevent that renewal.

Where available for your subscription, cancellation may be completed through account or subscription settings, the applicable payment platform, or by contacting Customer Support at hello@myaitwin.com.

We recommend cancelling sufficiently before the renewal date to allow processing. This recommendation does not create a separate universal 24-hour or 48-hour contractual cutoff.

CANCELLATION DOES NOT ITSELF CREATE A REFUND.

  • Cancellation normally stops future renewals once effective.
  • Cancellation does not reverse a valid charge already incurred.
  • Cancellation does not create an automatic or prorated refund.
  • Access normally remains available until the end of the paid billing period unless a refund, reversal, suspension, termination, or applicable law requires otherwise.

If you have multiple separately billed subscriptions or add-ons, cancelling one does not automatically cancel another unless the applicable checkout expressly provides otherwise.

9. Refunds and Money-Back Guarantee

9.1 Default Refund Rule

Valid subscription charges are generally final and non-refundable after the applicable billing period has begun and the Service has been made available, except where mandatory law, a specific Money-Back Guarantee expressly offered for the relevant purchase, or a voluntary Seller exception applies.

No automatic refund or prorated refund is provided merely because the Service was not used, the subscription was cancelled after a valid charge, the customer forgot to cancel, changed their mind, purchased by mistake, or expected different subjective results where the Service was substantially provided as described.

9.2 Money-Back Guarantee and Evidence

A contractual Money-Back Guarantee applies only if it was expressly offered in connection with the relevant purchase. Publishing a Money-Back Policy does not by itself create a guarantee for every transaction.

Eligibility for any contractual Money-Back Guarantee is governed by the offer-specific conditions and the separate Money-Back Policy.

For a refund, billing, technical, or dispute review, we may request reasonable information such as proof of purchase, account or purchase information, transaction information, screenshots or recordings, technical information, or details of the issue.

Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, relevant checkout records, acceptance records, purchase confirmations, subscription status, access and delivery records, usage records, support history, cancellation records, refund history, payment-provider records, fraud indicators, and chargeback history may be reviewed.

A discretionary refund, if approved, applies only to the specific transaction approved and does not create a precedent, future entitlement, or waiver concerning later renewals or purchases.

9.3 Circumstances That Do Not Create a Refund Right

Except where mandatory law or an expressly applicable Money-Back Guarantee provides otherwise, a refund is not automatically due merely because:

  • you did not use or had insufficient time to use the Service;
  • you forgot to cancel before renewal;
  • you changed your mind or purchased by mistake;
  • you expected different subjective content, guidance, conversations, readings, activities, recommendations, or results where the Service was substantially provided as described;
  • you did not read clearly presented checkout, subscription, renewal, or cancellation terms; or
  • you experienced a customer-side email, device, internet, login, browser, or configuration issue while the Service was otherwise available.

10. Immediate Digital Delivery and Mandatory Consumer Rights

Digital access to the Service may begin immediately after purchase or activation.

Where required by applicable law, any express consent, acknowledgment, checkbox, or other mechanism concerning immediate digital supply or statutory withdrawal rights must be captured through the applicable purchase flow and is not created solely by this wording.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including any mandatory rights concerning defective, non-conforming, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content or services.

11. Price and Subscription Changes

Future subscription pricing, plan structures, or subscription features may change prospectively, subject to applicable law.

Where legally required, advance notice of a material price or subscription change will be provided. You may cancel before a changed recurring price becomes effective where applicable.

A prospective change does not retroactively alter a completed past transaction or replace the transaction-specific terms already accepted for an existing billing period.

12. Billing Questions and Charge Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Customer Support first at hello@myaitwin.com so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms prevents you from exercising non-waivable rights with your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or under applicable law.

If a chargeback or payment dispute for the same transaction is already open, a parallel discretionary refund review may be paused while that dispute is pending in order to avoid duplicate reimbursement.

Submitting a complaint, refund request, or payment dispute does not itself cancel the subscription or stop future renewals. You must separately cancel the subscription before the next renewal is processed to prevent future recurring charges.

13. Changes to These Subscription Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the Service, subscription administration, payment infrastructure, business operations, or legal requirements.

Where required by law, we will provide additional or advance notice of material changes. Changes do not retroactively rewrite completed transactions.

Transaction-specific checkout terms and purchase records accepted for a particular transaction remain relevant evidence of the commercial terms of that transaction.

14. Language and Electronic Communications

The English version of these Subscription Terms is the original version. If a translated version differs from the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.

Subscription, billing, renewal, cancellation, security, policy, and other transactional notices may be delivered electronically through email, account messaging, application notification, website notice, or another reasonable electronic channel, subject to applicable law.
