AI Twin legal
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of AI Twin, including its website, onboarding quiz, application, AI Twin conversations, Daily activities, Discover content, Personal Sessions, Personal Readings, Quests, Insights, Experts features, audio content, member platform, subscriptions, digital content, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by PMC Baltic FZ-LLC, Licence No. 45001684, with its registered address at SFFO0507 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, completing a purchase, or taking another legally valid acceptance action, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Scope and Relationship to Other Policies
These Terms provide the general contractual framework governing use of the Service.
To the extent the same matter is addressed in more than one applicable document, the following order applies:
- mandatory law that cannot legally be waived;
- transaction-specific terms clearly displayed and accepted at checkout;
- offer-specific promotional conditions, where applicable;
- Subscription Terms for recurring billing, renewals, cancellation mechanics, and subscription-specific commercial rules;
- Money-Back Policy for contractual Money-Back Guarantee eligibility and refund review;
- these Terms for general contractual matters; and
- Privacy Policy for personal-data processing.
Cookie-related information is addressed in the Cookie Policy.
2. Operator, Seller and Transaction Participants
PMC Baltic FZ-LLC operates the Service and is the default contracting entity under these Terms unless a transaction-specific record identifies another authorized Seller or contracting party for a particular purchase.
The Seller, contracting party, and any Merchant of Record applicable to a particular purchase may be identified at checkout, in the purchase confirmation, receipt, invoice, or other transaction record.
A payment processor, gateway, acquiring partner, payment administrator, or other payment-service provider may process payments, recurring billing, authentication, fraud screening, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or related payment support without automatically becoming the contractual Seller.
Personal-data controller roles and data-processing relationships are governed by the Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptance and Electronic Contracting
You may accept these Terms by creating an account, accessing or using the Service, completing a purchase, selecting an acceptance or purchase-confirmation control, or taking another legally valid acceptance action.
Electronic signatures, clickwrap acceptance, electronic records, and electronic transaction confirmations may be used to form and evidence the agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, we may retain acceptance records, checkout records, purchase confirmations, and related transaction records for evidentiary, compliance, security, refund, fraud-prevention, and dispute purposes.
4. Eligibility and Age
AI Twin is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity required to enter into these Terms under applicable law.
If you make a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the transaction.
You may not use the Service where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
5. Accounts and Security
Where the Service uses an account or member-access system, you must provide accurate and reasonably current information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account, subject to mandatory law.
You should notify us promptly at hello@myaitwin.com if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
We may request reasonable identity, account, or payment verification where needed for security, refunds, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
We may apply reasonable protective restrictions where account compromise, fraud, or abuse is reasonably suspected, subject to applicable law.
6. Description of the Service
AI Twin provides personalized AI conversations, self-reflection and personal-development content, Daily activities, guided sessions, Personal Readings, Quests, quizzes and tests, Insights, Areas to Work On, Experts features, affirmations, meditations, sleep stories and other audio content, personalized recommendations, memory features, and related digital services.
Some parts of the Service may be available before account creation, while other parts may require registration, Google or Apple sign-in, member access, purchase confirmation, or another access method.
The Service is licensed for use and does not transfer ownership of software, AI configurations, personalized content, sessions, readings, audio content, digital resources, branding, trademarks, or other intellectual property.
7. Service Changes and Availability
We may add, remove, modify, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, content, AI models, memory functionality, Experts features, interfaces, activities, audio content, tools, integrations, or other functionality from time to time, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
The Service may experience maintenance, downtime, security restrictions, technical interruptions, or reduced availability.
Future features, roadmap items, experimental features, and beta functionality are not guaranteed unless expressly made part of a binding transaction.
8. Licence to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms and any applicable paid entitlements, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose during the applicable access period.
No ownership right in the Service or its content is transferred to you.
We may use reasonable technical measures to enforce access limits, prevent unauthorized use, and protect intellectual property.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms. Without limitation, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its proprietary content except as expressly permitted;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt, systematically extract, scrape, or attempt to derive source code or underlying technology except where such restrictions are prohibited by law;
- use robots, crawlers, bots, automated extraction tools, or similar methods except where expressly permitted;
- interfere with security, authentication, rate limits, access controls, payment systems, servers, or networks connected to the Service;
- upload or introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
- impersonate another person, obtain unauthorized access to another account, or misuse a payment method;
- share, transfer, resell, or commercially exploit subscription access or account credentials;
- circumvent promotional, account, subscription, or refund restrictions through linked accounts, payment methods, identities, or other deceptive means; or
- use AI-generated outputs for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or prohibited high-impact decisions.
10. User Content and Submitted Materials
Where you submit quiz answers, messages, journal entries, activity responses, check-ins, voice-dictated text, profile preferences, avatar photos, feedback, support communications, or other materials through the Service (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that User Content to the extent you own it.
You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and otherwise use User Content to provide, secure, support, personalize, and administer the Service and for other purposes actually described in the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit the User Content and that your submission does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
These Terms do not state that User Content is used to train AI models.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, interfaces, AI configurations, content libraries, activities, sessions, quizzes, readings, audio, designs, algorithms, templates, trademarks, logos, branding, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms, all rights are reserved.
Nothing in these Terms gives us ownership of third-party or public-domain materials merely because they may appear in or be referenced by the Service.
If you believe material made available through the Service infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may contact hello@myaitwin.com with sufficient information for us to review the claim.
12. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or product-improvement proposals about the Service, we may use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you, provided that this does not transfer ownership of unrelated User Content or other materials submitted for another purpose.
13. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid access, subscription-specific commercial terms, recurring billing, renewal, cancellation, failed-payment handling, and related subscription mechanics are governed by the transaction-specific checkout terms, purchase confirmation, and Subscription Terms.
Contractual Money-Back Guarantee eligibility, refund review, and related refund rules are governed by the Money-Back Policy and applicable law.
These Terms do not independently create a refund, cancellation, pricing, or billing entitlement that conflicts with the applicable checkout terms, Subscription Terms, or Money-Back Policy.
14. Third-Party Services
The Service may depend on or integrate with third-party hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, advertising, AI, image-generation, sign-in, security, and other technology or service providers.
Third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy notices where they independently control the relevant service.
We do not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services outside our reasonable control.
15. Personalization and Generated Outputs
The Service may provide personalized conversations, recommendations, memories, Personal Readings, Personal Sessions, Insights, Areas to Work On, activities, avatar outputs, or other generated content based in whole or in part on information supplied by you and your interactions with the Service.
Personalization does not mean that every element is unique or individually created by a human professional, and users with similar inputs may receive similar or overlapping content.
The usefulness and relevance of personalized outputs may depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
No particular emotional, psychological, relationship, personal-development, self-confidence, habit, decision-making, well-being, or other personal result is guaranteed.
16. AI, Memory and Expert Features
AI Twin uses artificial intelligence to provide personalized conversations, observations, recommendations, memories, Insights, Personal Readings, activities, avatar-related outputs, and other generated content.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should use your own judgment and independently verify important information before relying on it.
AI Twin and Experts features are not human psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, counsellors, doctors, healthcare providers, or other licensed professionals unless a specific human professional is expressly identified as such.
The Service may remember relevant information from previous interactions to provide a more personalized experience, subject to the memory settings and controls described in the Privacy Policy.
We may change the underlying AI model, provider, prompting, safety systems, memory implementation, or technical configuration from time to time, subject to applicable law.
17. Psychological, Emotional Well-Being and Health Disclaimer
The Service supports self-reflection, personal development, emotional awareness, and better understanding of thoughts, experiences, reactions, goals, habits, and relationship patterns.
The Service is not a psychologist, therapist, psychiatrist, counsellor, doctor, healthcare provider, crisis service, or other licensed professional service.
References to psychological approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Attachment & Relationship approaches, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavior change, or similar concepts do not mean that the Service provides professional therapy or treatment.
The Service does not establish a therapist-patient, doctor-patient, counsellor-client, or other professional healthcare relationship.
Nothing available through the Service constitutes medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, diagnostic, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental-health condition, medical condition, psychiatric disorder, or other health condition.
Personal Readings, Insights, quizzes, Quests, conversations with AI Twin, Experts features, Areas to Work On, and other personalized outputs should not be treated as clinical assessments, diagnoses, medical conclusions, or professional treatment recommendations.
You should consult an appropriately qualified professional regarding concerns requiring professional assessment, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or other regulated advice.
18. Emergency and Crisis Situations
The Service is not an emergency service, crisis service, suicide-prevention service, or substitute for immediate professional assistance.
The Service should not be relied upon to identify, assess, monitor, or respond to an emergency or crisis situation.
If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, may harm themselves or someone else, or requires urgent medical or mental-health assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency service, crisis hotline, healthcare provider, or other qualified professional immediately.
Do not rely on AI Twin, Experts, automated responses, or any other feature of the Service for emergency assistance.
19. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of material breach, fraud, payment abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, infringement, misuse, account compromise, or legal or operational necessity, subject to applicable law.
We may apply emergency protective suspension where reasonably necessary to protect users, payment systems, the Service, or third parties.
When access ends, the licence granted under these Terms ends to the extent applicable, except for rights or provisions that by their nature survive termination.
Suspension or termination resulting from a user's material breach does not by itself create a refund entitlement. Refund questions remain governed by the Money-Back Policy, Subscription Terms, transaction-specific terms, and mandatory law.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed and do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, or suitable for every user.
We do not warrant that every conversation, recommendation, Insight, Personal Reading, quiz, activity, memory, Experts output, or other generated content will be complete, accurate, reliable, current, or suitable for your circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory guarantees, express promises incorporated into the applicable transaction, or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising from or relating to the Service to the extent such loss may lawfully be excluded.
Where legally permitted, our aggregate contractual liability arising out of or relating to the Service giving rise to the claim will not exceed the total amounts actually paid by you for that Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or any greater minimum amount that applicable law does not permit us to reduce.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer liabilities to the extent applicable.
22. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify or reimburse PMC Baltic FZ-LLC and its applicable affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents against third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, infringement of third-party rights through User Content you submit, fraud, or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence, statutory duties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be shifted to a consumer.
23. Claims, Evidence and Enforcement
Subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law, relevant account, acceptance, transaction, access, delivery, support, cancellation, communication, and payment records may be used to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
We may reasonably investigate suspected fraud, abuse, payment or chargeback misuse, infringement, account compromise, or violations of these Terms.
We may cooperate with payment networks, acquiring banks, payment providers, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other competent authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary.
24. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and use of the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, because the default contracting entity identified in these Terms is established in the United Arab Emirates.
This governing-law clause does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of the consumer's habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be waived.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory consumer forum rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
If a transaction is governed by a different authorized Seller or contracting entity and the applicable transaction-specific terms lawfully identify a different governing law, those transaction-specific terms control for that transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and subject to mandatory consumer forum rights, disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service are subject to the arbitration arrangement described in this section.
Where enforceable for the relevant user and claim, arbitration will be binding and administered under the LCIA Rules.
Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis to the extent enforceable. Class, collective, representative, and similar proceedings are excluded only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing hello@myaitwin.com within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your full name and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration.
If a dispute is not arbitrable, or if this arbitration provision is unenforceable with respect to a particular claim or party, that dispute or claim will be resolved by the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, except to the extent mandatory consumer law provides a different forum right.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim, injunctive, or protective relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where legally available and necessary.
26. Electronic Communications
Purchase confirmations, account notices, billing or subscription notices, security notices, policy notices, and other transactional or service communications may be delivered electronically by email, account messaging, application notification, website notice, or another reasonable electronic channel, subject to applicable law.
Consent to transactional or service communications under these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to marketing communications where separate consent or opt-out rights apply.
27. Changes to the Service and These Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms prospectively as features, entities, vendors, business operations, or applicable law change.
Where legally required, we will provide additional or advance notice of material changes.
A change to these Terms does not retroactively rewrite a completed transaction or remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law.
Where affirmative consent is legally required for a material contractual change, that consent will be obtained rather than relying solely on continued use.
28. Standard Contract Clauses
Assignment. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with an affiliate reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, sale, transfer of the Service, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations except where permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
Force Majeure. We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.
Severability. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the extent legally required and the remaining provisions will continue in effect where permitted.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, the incorporated policies, and applicable transaction-specific checkout terms and purchase records constitute the contractual framework governing the Service and the relevant transaction.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries. Except where applicable law or another binding agreement provides otherwise, these Terms do not create rights for a person who is not a party to them.
Headings. Headings are for convenience and do not control interpretation.
29. Language
The English version of these Terms is the original version. If a translated or localized version differs from the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.
